专利摘要:
1522428 Boring earth &c. FORACO FORAGE RATIONNEL CONSTRUCTION SA 15 Sept 1976 [19 Sept 1975] 38185/76 Heading E1F A tubular connection 1 for connecting a drill bit such as a coring bit 11 to a drill pipe has a central tubular passage 5 surrounded at one end by an annular space 3, the space 3 communicating with at least one longitudinal channel 7 in the wall of the connection 1 and leading to the end of the connection, at least one lateral channel 8 being provided between the exterior of the connection 1 and the central passage 5. The outer orifice 13, 14 of each lateral channel 8 opens under a shoulder 12 of the connection 1 located between portions 4, 9 of the connection: The drill bit or crown 11 preferably has an external radius 15 equal to that 16 of the portion 4 whilst cut away portions 18 of the bit have a radius 17 equal to that 19 of the portion 9. The channels 7 connect with channels 21 in the bit 11, an arcuate channel 25 ensuring a good fluid flow. The top of the connection 1 is fitted to a pair of concentric drill pipes or the inner passage is connected to a single pipe. In either case, drilling mud or air passed down the annulus arrives through the channels 21 at the cutting surfaces 20 of the bit 11 and then assists flow of the core into the passage 5 whilst also carrying cuttings up through the cut away portions 18 and through channels 8. The connection 1 is suitable for use where drilling is carried out by rotation or percussion.

专利说明:

The invention relates to drilling equipment, in particular to devices for drilling with reverse circulation flushing agent. _
Known core shells having 3 external and internal core receiving pipes [1].
However, drilling with reverse circulation by these shells is associated with significant difficulties in connection with slamming of the face.
Closest to the proposed one is a core projectile containing an outer pipe and an inner core receiver pipe, the cavity of which 15 is connected by a channel to the annulus, and the annulus is connected to the drill bit channels [2].
However, this shell has an insufficient speed of drilling and core formation.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the drilling speed and core formation.
This goal is achieved in that the core projectile containing the outer pipe and the inner core pipe, the cavity of which is connected by a channel with the annulus, and the annular space with the channels of the drill bit, the entrance hole of the channel connecting the cavity of the internal core pipe with annular space, placed under the circular protrusion of the outer pipe, the upper part of the hole is made at the end of this protrusion, and the circular protrusion of the outer pipe has a diameter equal to the diameter of the protrusions of the beech casing novy tip, and the diameter of the portion of the outer pipe, placed between. : _DU with a circular protrusion and a drill bit, equal to the diameter of the depressions of this body.
Figure 1 presents the core projectile, General view; figure 2 is the same view from the side of the drill bit.
The core projectile consists of an outer pipe 1, an internal core receiver pipe 2, a cavity 3 of which is connected by a channel 4 to the annulus. The inlet 5 of the channel 4 is placed under the circular protrusion 6 of the outer pipe 1. The upper part 7 of the hole 5 is made at the end 8 of the protrusion 6, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the protrusions 9 of the drill bit 10. The diameter of the portion 11 of the outer pipe 1 is equal to the diameter of the depressions 12 of the drill bit 10, channels 13 of which are connected to the annulus 14. f
During drilling, the flushing agent, passing through the annulus 14 and the channels 13 of the drill bit 10, washes the face. Then part of the flushing agent enters with the core into the cavity 3 of the core receiving pipe 2, facilitating the passage of the core through it, and the other part, together with the sludge, into the annulus. This part of the flushing agent along the depressions 12 of the drill bit 10 enters the portion 11 of the outer pipe
1. Encountering an obstacle in the way in the form of an annular protrusion b, a stream of washing agent ; with sludge is directed through the channel 4 into the cavity 3 of the core-receiving pipe 2, washing the core and helping its progress in the core-receiving pipe.
The proposed core projectile can be widely used in the production of drilling operations, as it allows for good cleaning of the bottom from sludge and improves the progress of the core along the core pipe.

(54) COLUMN IMPACT The invention relates to a drilling technique, in particular, to devices for circulating drilling fluid. Core drills are known to have an outer and inner core tube 1. However, drilling with reverse circulation with these shells is associated with considerable difficulty 1 and in connection with slagging of the bottom hole. The closest to the proposed is a coring projectile, containing the outer tube and inner core tube, the cavity of which is connected by a channel with the annulus, and the annular space to the channels of the drill tip 2. However, this projectile has an insufficient rate of drilling and core formation. . The purpose of the invention is to increase the speed of drilling and core formation. The goal is achieved by the fact that a coring tube containing an outer tube and an inner core tube, the cavity of which is connected by a channel to the annulus, and an annular space to channels of a drill bit, is an inlet of a channel connecting the cavity of the inner core tube to the annular space , placed under the circular protrusion of the outer pipe, the upper part of the hole is made in the end of this protrusion, and the circular protrusion of the outer pipe has a diameter equal to the diameter of the projections of the drill body ovogo tip, and the diameter of the plot; ka outer pipe placed inter-. do circular protrusion and drill tip, equal to the diameter of the depressions of this body. Figure 1 shows the core tube, the shell view; figure 2 is the same, the view from the side of the drill bit. The core tube consists of an outer tube 1, an inner core tube 2, the cavity 3 of which is connected by a channel 4 to the annular space. The inlet 5 of the channel 4 is located under the circular protrusion 6 of the outer pipe 1. The upper part 7 of the hole 5 is made at the end 8 of the protrusion 6, the diameter of which is equal to the diameter of the projections 9 of the drill tip 10. The diameter of the section 11 of the outer pipe 1 is equal to the diameter of the depressions 12 of the drill tip 10, the channels 13 of which are connected with the annular space 14. During the drilling process, the flushing agent, passing through the annular space 14 and the channels 13 of the drill tip 10, washes the bottom. Then, part of the flushing agent goes along with the core into the cavity 3 of the core pipe 2, making it easier for the core to pass through it, and the other part along with the sludge goes into the annular space. This part of the flushing agent enters the section 11 of the outer pipe 1 through the depressions 12 of the drill tip 10. The obstacle is in the form of an annular projection b, the flow of the washing agent with the sludge is directed through the channel 4 into the cavity 3 of the core receiving pipe 2, washing the core and helping it progress in the core tube. The proposed core slug can be widely used in the production of drilling operations, as it allows for good cleaning of the sludge from the bottom and improves the progress of the core through the core tube. Invention Formula column containing an outer tube and an inner core receiver tube, the cavity of which is connected by a channel with the annulus, and the annular space with channels of the drill bit, characterized in that, in order to increase the speed of drilling and the formation of core, the inlet of the channel , connecting the cavity of the inner core tube with the annular space, is located under the circular protrusion of the outer pipe, the upper part of the hole is made in the end of this protrusion, and the circular protrusion hydrochloric pipe has a diameter equal to the diameter of the drill bit body projections, and the diameter of the outer pipe portion disposed between the circular projection and the drill bit, is equal to the diameter of the cavities of the housing.
